Let's talk about bath salts

Relaxing can be hard in these day and age. Your mind is constantly triggered. Social Media, Work pressure, Family, Kids, Emails, Messages and the list continues.

A lot of people find this normal, but forget to balance this hectic lifestyle with some form of relaxation.  Did you know that an imbalanced work/relax lifestyle can cause burn-outs, panic attacks and many more physical diseases? You might say, I relax, I watch Netflix. However, Netflix is still putting a strain on your eyes and the mind. So ask yourself, when did you really enjoy doing nothing?

Meditation is great way to ease your mind, but works mostly mentally. Recently I found a new way of relaxing, which is taking a bath with bath salts and it has been the best thing ever.

Bath salts contain vitamins and minerals that benefit body relaxation and muscle recovery. Not only is it very beneficial for after a workout, but it is also a great way to detox your body from all the stress hormones.

I got introduced to bath salts by going Float Tanks, also known as sensory deprivation tanks. Those are filled with water and Epsom Salt. Epsom salt is rich in magnesium, which is a natural mineral that helps relaxing your body and nervous system.

So 20 minutes of relaxation is that all? No the benefits will be noticable a couple of days after and starts with the night of sleep after your mineral bath. It will be the best sleep you have ever had and it will make you feel reborn the day after.

Bathing Salts are a great way to recover your body and relax your mind. It is perfect for anyone with a busy lifestyle or anyone who just wants to relax and have better sleep.
